Who can apply
- Mississippi resident
- High school graduate, current college student, or vocational/trade student
- Demonstrated educational financial need
- Involvement in community service, school activities or volunteer work
What to submit
- Completed application
- Proof of Mississippi residency
- Proof of financial need (tuition invoices, etc.)
- Proof of income (W-2, pay stub, etc.)
- Proof of enrollment or acceptance
- A 250–500 word essay: "How do you plan to positively impact your community?"
How we choose
A fair, transparent process
Applications are scored on a 100-point rubric by our selection committee. Mississippi residency is required but isn't scored.
